I find this quite annoying that the home screen rotates, i'd much prefer it to be fixed but still allow applications to rotate, i can only find a setting to turn off rotation overall - is it possible to turn off rotation just for the home screen? thanks

Thanks alot, much prefer a non rotating home screen!

One more quick one, how to stop the notification light coming on for anything? I just want that light on for mail and messages, i get it on when its installing a program, or any other notification. Is that the way it has to be?
