Let's gather the Chinese Inputs here which works for Liquid and share with the Modaco brothers~

Here are the 4 Chinese Inputs working on Liquid.
(I have attached a zip file included these 4 inputs. Or you can download them 1 by 1 at the links below)

- Acer CangJie (Stock)

- Acer Chewing (Stock)

- PenPower HandWriting IME (Stock)

- Cantonese Input (from Market) (Recommended)

- QQPinYin (thanks to navygino)

I especially like the Cantonese Input as it allows user to type Chinese and English at the same time without switch input method. Very handy.
[update] : thanks to navygino, now QQPinYin probably will become my 1st fav Chinese Input~ :)

Off topic :
I tried installing the MOTO Chinese input (extracted from Droid / Milestone), can be installed but failed to show up.
I tried it on Droid/Milestone, which is much better than the Acer's one.
If you are interested to try, please find it here.

Also, Cootek Touchpal was one of my fav Chinese Input in WM.
They published an Android version before. But for some reason, they removed from Market and no updates/realease is published lateron..... :)
Really hope they can publish a proper Android version in future.

You are welcome and I just got this from phonehk.
I had the same thought as you before, but actually it vary by the strokes and can input CHT & CHS at the same time.
The sequence of strokes are a little different with the other such as Nokia....
But somehow you should able to manage to key the right word.

I think the strokes sequences are having little different on different keystroke input as there is no standard set for this input method.
But practice makes perfect. Should not be a big problem.

Do you know how to convert the related words to CHT?
As the default one are CHS.

I think it is feasible as there is a function to import related words database.
But I have no idea in how to export the default one.
Once the default one is exported, converting it to CHT should be an easy task, right?

2 questions.

1. Have you enable the installed input method in [ Settings -> Locale and Text ] ?
If no, do it first.
If yes, go to 2.

2. do you mean switch between qwerty keyboard and handwriting within PenPower HandWrite?
you can do so by pressing the [Abc] key at the bottom. should be the 2nd one count from bottom left.

Google pinyin is also a good one.

Great post!

As far as you know, are there inputs like these for Japanese language? I'm using OpenWnn but the ones you listed here look a little better....
Thank you!
