I'm stuck... been playing with the emulator with some thing and I'm stuck at permisions issues. I want to send several files ( 5 ) to /system/framework/ & 1 to /etc/permissions/ for support of some thing I'm messing with. I'm 90% sure its a permisions thing ie not been routed.

Does any one have a utill or a quick way ( with out rooting the image or a real phone ) to pit files here ? I dont need full root permisions long term just to be able to refrence these librarys.....
